Policies
50% deposit is required to hold the space. Final 50% is due 1 month prior to departure. A 50% cancellation fee applies to any cancellation. If you cancel within one month prior to departure no refund is issued unless we can re-rent the villa. In the event that we cannot re-rent the villa we allow you to choose another date with a $400 penalty within one year. A $600 security deposit will be applied to your credit card. It will be credited back the day you leave providing nothing is damaged.
